Old craftsman in bad condition. Could easily be restored. Perhaps ask Bungalow Heaven for advice on architectural relevance. Front yard is nothing but congrete pavers and cement. Contributes to urban blight. Owners appear to have no concern for their business. Next door to the Lake Center.
